Las Isletas is an archipelago of 365 little volcanic islands (one for each day of the year) situated inside Cocibolca Lake, 3 Km. from Granada city. All these islands are luxuriant and rich in fauna and flora, especially water birds.

You can visit islands by boat leaving from Asese port or Cabaña Amarilla port both situated in the South end of Malecón of Granada. By these boats you can run through narrow canals that divide islands and admire a fortification of XIX century, which is on San Pablo Island, and a monkey-colony living on a little isle: when the boat comes near the shore, the monkeys become very excited!
